What is Morventy?

Morventy is Morven Estate's loyalty and rewards program.

Every eligible rental payment automatically earns Morventy Points, allowing you to unlock exclusive rewards and permanent rental discounts over time.

The longer you remain a resident of Morven Estate, the more points you'll collect.

How Do I Earn Morventy Points?

Morventy Points are automatically awarded after every eligible rental payment.

You may also earn additional points through:

• Paying rent in advance.

• Referring new residents to Morven Estate.

• Selected promotions and special campaigns.

Your current Morventy Point balance can be viewed at any time through the Customer Panel.

Permanent Rental Discounts

As your Morventy Points increase, you'll become eligible for permanent weekly rental discounts.

Depending on your reward level, discounts of up to L$250 per week may be available.

Once unlocked, your discount will continue to apply while you remain an eligible Morven Estate resident.

Referral Rewards

You can also earn Morventy Points by referring new residents to Morven Estate.

If someone rents a parcel based on your recommendation, simply ask them to provide your Second Life username to our support team during the rental process.

Once the rental has been verified, the appropriate Morventy Points will be added to your account.

Customer Panel

Eligible residents can monitor their Morventy information directly from the Customer Panel.

Available information includes:

• Current Morventy Point balance.

• Current rental discount.

• Next reward tier.

• Points required for the next reward.

• Referral rewards.

• Recent Morventy activity.

This allows you to easily track your progress and see how close you are to unlocking your next reward.

Important Information

Please keep the following in mind:

• Morventy Points are automatically awarded after eligible rental payments.

• Morventy Points are earned only from payments made to your own rental terminal.

• Each rental terminal is linked exclusively to the resident renting that parcel.

• If you make a payment to another resident's rental terminal, any Morventy Points earned from that payment will be credited to that resident, not to your account.

• Paying rent in advance may allow you to earn additional Morventy Points, depending on the current reward structure.

• Referral rewards are granted only after a completed and verified rental.

• Morventy Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

• Morventy rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or Linden Dollars (L$).

• Morven Estate reserves the right to update reward tiers, point requirements, and available benefits as the Morventy program continues to evolve.
