How do I rent a parcel?
Renting a parcel is quick and fully automated.
Simply visit any available parcel and pay the Rental Terminal located directly on the parcel.
Once your payment is received, your rental begins immediately and the parcel is automatically assigned to you. No manual activation or approval is required.
How do I renew my rental?
Every parcel includes its own Rental Terminal.
Simply make another payment at your Rental Terminal, and your remaining rental time will automatically be extended.
You can renew your rental at any time before it expires.
Can I pay my rent in advance?
Yes.
You may pay for multiple weeks or months in advance at any time.
Every payment is automatically added to your remaining rental time, allowing you to secure your parcel for a longer period.
What happens if I know I'll be away for a while?
Morven Estate offers two protection options depending on your situation.
Parcel Freeze — Keep Your Parcel
Parcel Freeze is designed for residents who want to keep their current parcel during an extended absence.
After your rental expires, your parcel automatically enters Parcel Freeze and remains reserved exclusively for you for up to 30 days, while your available Freeze Balance is deducted automatically by the system.
Parcel Freeze is activated through the Parcel Freeze Terminal at the Morven Estate Office.
Rental Time Hold — Keep Your Remaining Time
If you don't need to keep your current parcel, simply contact Morven Estate Support before leaving.
Your parcel will be released back to the estate, while your remaining prepaid rental time is securely preserved on your account.
When you return, you'll receive an available parcel with the same parcel size (SQM) and Land Impact (Prims) as your previous rental, subject to availability.
Your remaining rental time will simply continue from where it was paused.
How much does Parcel Freeze cost?
The Parcel Freeze activation fee is automatically calculated based on your parcel's current weekly rental amount.
Every resident pays according to their own parcel's weekly rent, ensuring fair pricing across all parcel sizes.
What happens if my rental expires?
If you have an active Parcel Freeze, your parcel will automatically enter Freeze status and remain reserved for you.
If you do not have Parcel Freeze, your parcel may enter a short grace period before becoming available to other residents.
Standard grace periods are up to 24 hours, with extensions of up to 3 days considered in exceptional circumstances. Grace periods are offered as a courtesy and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I upgrade or move to another parcel?
Absolutely.
If you'd like a larger parcel or a different location, simply contact Morven Estate Support.
We'll be happy to help you relocate whenever suitable parcels are available.
What is Morventy?
Morventy is Morven Estate's official loyalty program.
Eligible residents earn Morventy Points through long-term rentals, referrals, and selected promotions.
Points can be redeemed for exclusive benefits, including permanent rental discounts and Parcel Freeze rewards.
Can I get a refund?
No.
All rental payments, Parcel Freeze activation fees, and other service payments made to Morven Estate are non-refundable once processed.
If you no longer need your current parcel, we recommend using Rental Time Hold. Instead of receiving a refund, your remaining prepaid rental time is preserved on your account and can be used when you return to Morven Estate.
