How Renting Works

Renting land at Morven Estate is designed to be simple, transparent, and reliable.

Once you've found the perfect parcel, the rental process takes only a few minutes. After completing your payment, your parcel becomes available immediately, allowing you to begin building and customizing your space without unnecessary delays.

Whether you're renting a small residential parcel or a full private region, every customer receives the same professional service and stable estate environment.

The Rental Process

Getting started is easy:

  1. Browse our available parcels.

  2. Choose the location that best suits your needs.

  3. Review the parcel information and weekly rental price.

  4. Complete your rental payment.

  5. Start building and enjoying your new land immediately.

Weekly Rental Payments

All Morven Estate rentals operate on a weekly billing cycle.

Your rental remains active as long as payments are made before the rental expires. Keeping your rental active ensures uninterrupted access to your parcel and everything you've built.

You can also choose to pay for multiple weeks or months in advance, making it easier to manage your rental without worrying about weekly payments.

Long-Term Rentals

Customers who choose extended rental periods may receive additional benefits through the Morventy Rewards Program.

Long-term commitment helps you build Morventy Points, which can later be redeemed for exclusive estate benefits such as permanent rental discounts or Rental Freeze activations.

Rental Expiration

If your rental period expires without receiving a payment, your parcel may eventually become available for other residents.

To avoid losing your land, we recommend renewing your rental before the expiration date shown on your rental box or Customer Dashboard.

Need More Flexibility?

Life happens, and sometimes you may need additional flexibility.

Morven Estate offers features such as Rental Freeze, allowing eligible residents to temporarily pause their rental without losing their long-term progress. Availability and eligibility may vary depending on your membership and Morventy Rewards balance.
